Opposite to the farm house you will find a small baroque church, your personal heaven of tranquility. The “Patrona Bavariae”, a church of St. Mary, with its onion-domed spire also invites you to linger a little bit.

The paddle steamer with its big, red paddle wheel takes its passengers around the Bayern-Park’s lake. The visitors can admire several attractions at the same time while absolving the idyllic roundtrip on the water.

The visitors are strongly recommended not to miss the roundboat trip in open gondolas on the white castle’s water channels. The boat takes you through the entire castle garden and thus you can admire all details from up close.

The Swan-Carrousel is a fountain trimmed with dolphins around where the majestic birds placidly float their laps. This carrousel is a very popular attraction with all visitors and romantics.

You will not only catch sight of foxes and hares in the green thicket when strolling through the Eastern part of the park. Among the trees you can also detect the enchanting castle of King Ludwig II.

An oasis in the center of the park invites the visitors to linger for a while: the farm house can be found where traditional knowledge is being preserved and cherished - a historical clone of a farm as it used to be typical around the Bavarian Forest.

An easeful roundtrip on the Bayern-Park-Express through the park offers the children and their parents a good opportunity to explore the park and to choose the most attractive rides.

The roots and the keeping of the domestic traditions play a great role also in the Bayern-Park. And thus the ancient Rottaler Stockhaus (i.e. a two-storey house), which was first mentioned as early as in 1626, welcomes the visitors already at the entrance of the park.
