Park rules – Welcome to the Bayern-Park

While having a lot of fun for some hours, we kindly ask you not to forget the usual consideration and precaution. Please take notice of the following rules during your stay
in the Bayern-Park to avoid disagreement.

1. Parking
The rules and symbols of the Road Traffic Regulation also apply to our car parks (StVO). When leaving your car, please make sure that all doors, windows, boot and sunroof are closed and locked and that you have not left any valuables in clear view inside the car. In case of theft or damage by others, we can not accept liability and will not pay any compensation. This also applies, when the damage is caused by storm, fire, hail, explosion or other extraordinary occurrences.

2. Entrance ticket

You may only enter the Bayern-Park with valid entrance tickets, which are only valid on the day of purchase. Day tickets are only valid on the day of purchase. Entrance authorisation becomes invalid when you leave the park site. Persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entrance to the park and may be escorted off the park site.

3. General safety
a) Smoking is prohibited when using any of the attractions.
b) Visitors must not leave the marked paths and areas.
c) Weapons and offensive items (pistols, knives, chains, knuckle-dusters etc.) must not be carried within the park site
d) It is in your own interest to follow the instructions issued by the park personnel.

e) All visitors must be fully clothed.

4. Use of the facilities and attractions in the amusement park
The facilities in the amusement park are at your disposal as long as you observe the rules for their use. Please follow the instructions issued by the operating staff. If you wilfully ignore the instructions for use and the instructions issued by the operating staff, the operating staff may prevent you using the attraction without this giving rise to any claim for compensation on your part. This also applies if you attempt to push to the front of a queue. You will be held liable for all damage caused by ignoring the instructions for use and malicious damage.
In case of an interruption of the power supply due to thunderstorm, windstorm or other occurrences and a resultant failure of facilities and attractions, a refund or partial refund of the entrance fee charged cannot be demanded.
In case of strong winds, impaired vision, thunderstorms or other specific environmental circumstances, we shall be entitled to shut down the operation of individual facilities and attractions for the protection of visitors. There shall be no entitlement to a full or partial refund of the entrance fee paid.

5. Use of playground equipment
Playground equipment and similar facilities is available for use at your own risk. Adults must not use playground equipment.

6. Duty of supervision
We would like to point out all parents and group leaders that they have duty to supervise their charges since we cannot release them from this duty. Group leaders and parents are therefore also responsible for any damage caused by the persons in their charge.

7. Restriction of liability
We may only be held liable for damage caused by the malice or gross negligence of our staff and in particular, we cannot accept any liability for items brought into the park by visitors.

8. Damage reports
All the facilities in the park are maintained and supervised carefully. Nevertheless, if you suffer any damage or injury through to fault of your own, please report this before leaving the park. Claims for compensation shall not be permitted if a possible and reasonable damage report is not made until after you leave the park.

9. Publicity and the sale of products and services
Publicity within the park area and the car park, as well as the sale of products and services is only permitted with a prior written consent of the management. This also applies for conducting public opinion polls and taking counts. Publicity and announcements for organisations, associations, interest groups and individual ideas are prohibited within the area of the park and inside all buildings, rides etc and will be punished in each individual case with explosion from the park and civil prosecution for disturbance of domestic peace and security.

10. Filming and photography for publicity purposes
Filming and photography is permitted in the Bayern-Park. Please report to the areas if you do not want photographs or recordings of yourself to be used at a later date in public or tell the photographer or film team of your wishes. If you do not take this step, we will assume that we may use such photographs or recordings free of change.

11. Park rights
The amusement park is entitled to eject persons who violate the above rules or who are found on the park site without a valid entrance ticket.
