Bayern-Park – Where recreation
is a lot of fun
When the popular Bavarian amusement paradise opens
its doors again on the 4th of April a season packed
with fun and action will be guaranteed for all the
small and big leisure fans. Situated between
Dingolfing, Eggenfelden and Landau, this 400.000 sqm
areal, will excite amusement park visitors of all
age. Apart from a range of fast drives, which will
surely guarantee an adrenalin rush, we offer a

There are some new attractions this year: two fast
wave-slides and a big indoor hall with the “Luna-Loop”,
a climbing wall, as well as numerous slides and

drop by, to test everything and to enjoy the variety
of the attractions of the Bayern-Park. You can start
with the thrilling white-water rafting drive, the
high-speed rollercoaster flying down into the valley,
the land of spinning mushrooms and butterflies, racy
water-slides and the powerful dragon train which
will make your heart beat while speeding up. Enjoy
the summer toboggan-run and be sure that its bends
will send you into a speeding frenzy. Test your
skills at the “Zugspitz-“climbing-wall or just
consider the next challenge while taking a cosy tour
round the park, there are many opportunities. How
about a pedal steamer ride on the on the huge lake
of the park, past the Bavaria statue and the St.
Bartholomä chapel towards a romantic castle, where
boats invite you to a tour accompanied by soft music,
through a fascinating baroque garden and a grotto
shrouded in mystery. Relax on a walk in the cool
shadow of the forest and meet the animals living
there. Watch the lynx having a rest, have a look at
the graceful movements of the alp-ibex or just get
amused looking at the lively and wild young Barbary
apes. Apart from a variety of animals you will find
a nature trail which helps you discover a variety of
native plants.
Apart from multiple age-based offers, the small
visitors will have a lot of fun on a round-trip
through the land of dwarfs, can step on the gas at
the piglet- and turtle train or at the worm in the
apple. 77 drives, beautifully nested between rolling
hills, old trees and countless flower arrangements
will guarantee unforgettable moments for all your
senses. Towards the end of the visit, while the kids
are romping around on one of the jumping castles or
in the huge area of trampolines, the parents like to
finish the day in the relaxed atmosphere in the
shady beer garden. The park’s gastronomy will help
you to regenerate your energies. In any case you
should plan to visit the park for a whole day, to
enjoy the wide variety of attractions.
